These terms govern your use of Exohive Digital™ hardware, software, mobile applications and services. By creating an account or installing a device, you agree to them.

1. Service usage
You may only track vehicles, assets and individuals you own or have lawful authority and consent to track. Tracking a person without their knowledge and consent where consent is legally required is prohibited.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Fair use applies to SMS alerts and API calls as documented per plan; we may throttle abusive usage after notice.
2. Subscriptions & renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal reminders are sent 15 and 3 days in advance.
Devices with expired subscriptions stop reporting after a 7-day grace period; historical data remains available for 90 days.
Prices may change with 30 days notice; changes never apply retroactively to already-paid periods.
3. Liability
GPS positioning depends on satellite and cellular networks and may be temporarily unavailable or inaccurate; the platform is an aid to operations, not a guarantee against loss or theft.
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business interruption.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
